We lay oil-absorbent mats around the vehicle so nothing touches the pavement. Every package includes a 24-point inspection, a new oil filter, and up to 5 litres of oil.

Oil change questions, answered
Can I supply my own oil or filter?
Not at this time, we only install oil and filters from our own inventory, so every job stays within manufacturer spec and warranty requirements.
How does the oil extraction process work?
We use a vacuum-powered oil evacuator that draws the old oil out from the top of the engine, so there's no need to drain from underneath, which means no spills on your driveway.
Will an oil change from you affect my warranty?
No, we only use oil and filters that match your manufacturer's specification, and we log the date and mileage of every service for your records.
Do you need my keys during the appointment?
Yes. After the new oil is in, we need to briefly run the engine to cycle the oil through and get an accurate dipstick reading.
Can you do the oil change in my condo or apartment parking garage?
We can, but we need approval from your building or condo association before we arrive, every property has its own rules about on-site vehicle service.
What happens to the old oil?
All of our waste oil is collected by a recycling partner, re-refined, and put back into use, none of it goes to waste.
Will you try to sell me extra parts I don't need?
Every oil change includes a 24-point inspection, and we'll flag anything worth addressing: battery, wipers, filters, bulbs, but nothing gets replaced without your OK first.
What if you can't find a safe spot to service my car?
We'll do everything we can to find a workable spot. If your vehicle is somewhere too tight or unsafe for our technicians and there's no alternative, a cancellation fee may apply.
Why is my quote higher than the listed starting price?
Some vehicles need pricier filters or oil, or take longer to service than others, the prices above reflect a standard job, and we'll always confirm your exact price before we start.
Do you offer mobile oil changes in Kanata?
Yes, Kanata is one of our most-booked areas for mobile oil changes. We'll come right to your driveway or office parking lot.
Can I get a mobile oil change in Barrhaven or Nepean?
Absolutely. Barrhaven and Nepean are both within our regular Ottawa service area for oil changes, tire work, and combo visits.
Do you do mobile oil changes near downtown Ottawa or the Glebe?
Yes, we service downtown Ottawa, the Glebe, and the surrounding core neighbourhoods, just book a time that works and we'll meet you where you're parked.

Yes, Orleans and Stittsville are both part of our regular coverage area, same pricing and process as anywhere else in Ottawa.
